Palworld offers players a ton of different options when it comes to catching Pals and expanding their bases. Many of the most useful Pals for specific jobs around the base are a little tricky to track down, especially when it comes to certain Work Suitabilities. Transport, for example, shows up frequently but is rarely a Pal’s only specialization, with higher ranks of it being required to transport large quantities of material at once. If players want to grab a highly specialized Transport Pal, they should seek out the Helzephyr.
Helzephyr, along with having level 3 Transport Work Suitability, is also a powerful combatant and flying mount who adds Dark damage to its Rider’s attacks. This makes it a highly desirable ally in Palworld, so here’s where to track down Helzephyr while navigating the Palpagos Isles.
Palworld: How to Breed Pals
The breeding process in Palworld has many features that every player should know about. And here we’ll show you how to breed Pals.
How to Catch Helzephyr
Helzephyr can most easily be found in the vicinity of Hypocrite Hill, especially in the area directly to the west of it. Since they only spawn at night, players will need to wait until it’s dark before heading over there if they hope to find one. Luckily, parts of a Helzephyr’s wings and tail feathers glow neon blue, while its head has a plume of purple flame, making them easy to spot from a distance. They typically hover high up and must be shot at to lure them down to the ground.
Helzephyr is a Dark Element Pal, making it vulnerable to Dragon attacks and strong against Normal attacks, so players will need to be cautious when deciding how to attack it. It is rather difficult to catch, especially on higher difficulties, so players should bring at least Mega Spheres or better for the best chance to catch them.
The final image in the set shown above shows all the locations where Helzephyr can spawn, as shown by the Paldeck’s Habitat tab.
Helzephyr is a Dark Element Pal with the Partner Skill “Wings of Death.” This Partner Skill allows it to serve as a mount for the player, applying Dark Damage to the player’s attacks while they are riding it. In terms of utility at the base, Helzephyr is wholly focused on Transport, making it an expert at moving items around the base and making sure nothing gets left lying around.
